Fresh, friendly, fast, fantastic food. The Big Bang roll is amazing and worth the extra $. It is a big roll and the ingredients are premium. I could do with a little less fake crab in the dynamite roll, but other than that it is spot on. Decided to try the teriyaki chicken roll. It was okay, but I don’t know that chicken belongs in sushi… it’s a texture thing I think.I’ll expand my horizons a bit more the next time I order, I have a feeling I’m missing out on some other great menu items.It might be a small thing, but even the pickled ginger tastes better here than other sushi restaurants.Last time I picked up my order they even threw in a free miso soup.
Best in Penticton. I’m a sushi nut, and have been to every place in Penticton at least twice. After trying them all, Evergreen is now my go-to place. Reasonable prices, super friendly owners, and most importantly, great sushi. Always fresh and each roll is supplied with a healthy portion of filling. For example, their Avocado rolls are huge! Some places (and for the same price mind you) only give you a sliver of Avocado or tuna in each roll, not here! Super tasty, you really need to try them out one day if you’re a sushi fan…With that being said, I’m feeling a sushi craving coming over me. Time to get some take-out I think.

The cuts of sashimi were awesome, the chicken teriyaki was great, and the sushi in general was just amazing and super fresh. I ordered the Big Bang Roll and I would gladly get it again. If you are reading this, please go check this place out and tell your friends, this place deserves to be busy 24/7.
