The atmosphere of this restaurant is probably the highlight. It’s located right in the water and the decor is clean and commercially elegant. With that being said, the food and service is really average. Our server was friendly but not as attentive and we would have liked. The food was prepared nicely but the flavours did not stand out and were kind of bland. It was a nice little place to come for a date night while driving through but probably won’t be back.
Amateur establishment. We had a reservation for our Sunday morning. When we arrived, we still waited fifteen minutes to be seated. Upon being seated, it took another ten minutes to be greeted. Upon ordering, after waiting forty minutes for our food, the waiter said it was going to be another twenty to thirty minutes till the food came and say didn’t the hostess let us know, which of course she didn’t. Worst service I’ve received in a long time. The place is run by 17 year old who have no clue what they are doing. We left and at least they comped our cold coffees.
Went here for breakfast and sat on the patio. The view was great and the service was really good. The food was pretty good but nothing out of the ordinary. I got the short rib hash which had a very generous portion and was reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a spot to eat and look at the north beach this is it.
We have enjoyed many great meals here. On our latest visit we had eggs benny, banana chocolate crepes, bowl of fresh fruit with raisin toast and eggs with sausage. All were great and service was attentive and prompt. The location is just beautiful!
Took the family here for lunch. For a restaurant that has perhaps the best location & potential in Penticton it had the worst food. 5 people in our party and everybody was disappointed. The burger was tasteless & over cooked, Caesar Salad limp & flavourless, and the prawn tacos inedible. Really the worst food I have had in the Okanagan.
Uninteresting breakfast. Yes, great location, yes, great staff, clean, attractive, but we were looking for a healthy, tasty, interesting breakfast. Wheat and potato based menu. Very traditional.
Been there for breakfast two days in a row. Food was really good and quite reasonable. Service was great. We come in by boat and will definitely be back again.
