I recommended. The food was very good but the service need to improve i thing the Isshin has i recommended other than the Japanese restaurant because my experience was so good.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:RUDE. Beem there lots, food is pretty good. worst service ive ever had at a sushi restaurant. always get the same older lady. never seen her smile once. not welcoming , very rude. seriously miserable, wont be going there again. also they cheap out on servers and max ive ever seen there was 2, seems to be family run. if its busy get ready to wait 1+ hour for food
I have frequented this restaurant since they opened on Main St and am sad to see how bad things have gotten. Service and quality are way down, they cut half the fish out of their rolls and put in a huge chunk of cucumber now. It’s sad to me really.
Disappointed.. Isshin used to be my go-to sushi place in the Okanagan.. the last few times I’ve been there the sushi hasn’t been the same.. the quality has significantly gone down hill. thought I would give it one last try today and it was the worst it’s ever been. wasted money on a take out lunch I could barely get through half of.. definitely won’t be wasting my money here again.

Disappointed.. Don’t get me wrong. I loved his old location! This new one sucked as a whole. Food was not good, noodle was totally over cooked. Some food tasted like one of those frozen stuff. Quality isn’t good for the price. A waitress gave us ZERO smile. She was actually, rude. We left no tip 🙁 We’ll definitely not going back. So disappointed!!
