Salty’s is a great little gem located right along the waterfront in penticton. They have some great daily specials, including buck a’ shuck oysters, and crazy good calamari. If you’re traveling through you should check this place out.
Been twice now.I actually ordered the same dish both visits. Both visits I was happy with the servers, friendly and prompt. The drinks were good too. As for the Thai Pulled Pork sandwich, I wasn’t pleased at all! The protein was on greasy it ruined the bread and I had a puddle of grease on my plate, oh and some crunchy pieces of pork. I’ll go back but I won’t have high expectations on their food.
Disappointing once again ….service slow despite not being very busy ….average food with small portions….so many better choices for dinner in Penticton.
Meh – poor experience – we had a mix up with tables, servers, and service was slow with no quality check after meal arrived. Table next to us was livid as their server was MIA. And the food was just so so – looks like the upper patio is the only good thing going if you are just going to have some drinks.
I’ve been a few times now and my favorite item on the menu is the Rasta Pasta. It’s phenomenal! A bit spicy, creamy, tomatoey… Just worth the try for sure. I can’t wait to come back!
Salty’s has above average food for Pentiction. The services sucks though. If you are hungry and need to eat don’t go here:(. You will be extremely disappointed.
