While visiting in Pinticton, we were looking for a breakfast restaurant. We read the reviews and went to Terry’s. It was just as described. My husband and I split an order and it was plenty for the both of us, and tasted good too! They don’t stick their noses in at your table too often which allows you to have a peaceful meal. They did check to see if we needed anything. It was great! Glad we went there!

Friendly, prompt service. Massive portions. Scratch made food. AWESOME! Terry’s may not be much to look at, but once you get past the devote, you’ll never look back. The prices may seem a little on the high side for a diner, but once your breakfast arrives you’ll understand. This is not the place to come if you’re looking for a light breakfast. The smaller portion sized BC bowl had to weigh 2 and a half pounds. It came loaded with real hash browns rather than the shredded stuff. Lots of bacon and tomatoes. And the most delicious homemade hollindase I’ve ever had. While it wasn’t very busy, I was impressed with the service time. From ordering to stuffing my face in five minutes flat is impressive. This is good stick to your ribs, get you through the day sort of food. I was worried about moving to the area and not finding somewhere that would remind me of home. Well I found it.
Best breakfast in town!. I loved the large portions and hearty ingredients. Terry makes a great breakfast at a good price. I’d recommend it to anyone.
Good food great service. We were in Penticton visiting our daughter and needed a place to take her out to lunch. Terry’s was recommended by an ex local. It’ a small mom and pop restaurant with minimal space. Very busy when we arrived so we had to wait a few minutes for table. Once seated our drink order was taken and arrived fast. We were given time to look over menu and check out what others had ordered,.(The breakfast bowls looked so tasty) We had lunch items and they were excellent. My husband ordered a steak sandwich medium and it was cooked perfectly. daughter had Bacon Cheeseburger and they used real cheddar cheese not processed cheese slices, I had a clubhouse sandwich and was very happy to find they used real turkey breast and not rubbery turkey roll. The fries were hand cut real fries that actually tasted like potato. The fries were cooked perfectly. The portions were so large we were not able to finish all. The staff was extra friendly. The prices did seem a little high at first but the quality and quantity of the food made up for it. We will definitely return for breakfast or lunch the next time we are in Penticton.
MMM. So I go to Terrys fairly regularly. Portions are big just like everyone states. Food is great. Great down to earth place. Almost always take some leftovers home for later.
Meh.. Went here to eat with my mom. First off, the portions are huge which adds to the cost which was a little pricey. I ordered Sausage, hash browns, eggs and toast. Sausages looked and tasted like some frozen breakfast sausages that they just cooked up and threw in a heating tray, The eggs (They were scrambled) were just eggs and the hash browns weren’t anything special. Not worth the price and portion size…. Basically there was no wow factor to make this place worth coming back to.
