We had a bunch of recommendations for the Firehall Bistro so hubby made a reservation to take me there for our anniversary. When we got there, the place was busy and the waitress informed us someone had stolen our reservation. Really?! Well, turns out there was one table left and we were seated in the far back. This actually turned out well for us because there was a loud party in the front. The food was really good. Hubby ordered mushroom risotto with steak and I ordered a chicken dish. Our overall experience at Firehall Hall Bistro was positive. I understand why someone would steal our reservation there.
The best place for a meal in Pitt/Ridge….if you aren’t paying. The food rivals any top restaurant in Vancouver, but the ambience is only upscale Pitt Meadows. The owner and co are very pleasant.
