Disgusting food and very rude service. The portion is tiny, and sashimi not fresh at all. I guess the owner paid someone to rate these high reviews!…

$7.30 for 2 pieces of sashimi. Ordered the small spicy salmon sashimi for $7.30 .Received two bite sized pieces of sashimi. Needless to say, I’m disappointed. I could have paid $2 more at another restaurant & get a sashimi combo!
Awesome food as usual. What can I say, I always drop by for a quick bite. Food’s cheap and tasty, thought you should call ahead since it does get busy sometimes.
Diharreah from eating here. This place is horrible. The sashimi was old and the sushi tasted like cardboard. I got diharreah and I am pretty sure it was from this place
Good, cheap, fast & cozy. Need I say more? It’s my go-to sushi in central Richmond.
Fast and cheap, but not pleasant.. I frequent this restaurant only because of its great location; the food is below average but the service is worse. The service is fast, but the woman who serves the food is brisk, unfriendly and only smiles briefly when you pay. I would recommend this place if you are very hungry and in a hurry.
While seeing as there are hundreds of Japanese restaurants in Vancouver I can’t unequivocally say that Jun is the best sushi in the city, however I can say without hyperbole that it is the best I’ve had the pleasure to eat at. The food is remarkable, and remarkably affordable. Every time I eat at another sushi restaurant I can’t help but compare it to Jun in cost, in quality, and in taste, and very few restaurants come even close to the high standards set by Jun. Jun is basic Japanese food done close to perfection. Don’t expect bacon wrapped and deep fried sushi rolls. Expect cozy atmosphere and quality ingredients served by a friendly husband and wife duo.
Probably my favourite sushi place in all of Vancouver. The prices are the cheapest I’ve seen.. But the quality is better than places you’d pay more. How can you beat a 6.95 bento box with enough food for 2 meals? The food is always great and the owners are really nice people.
