Found Nourish today and was blown away. The chickpea salad sandwich was to die for. I can already tell this is going to become a regular go-to spot for lunch and look forward to trying other things on the menu. I’ve been transitioning to eating more and more vegan foods so it is an absolute delight to find this charming spot. I am also checking out the cooking classes-the more vegan recipes I have the easier it will be to continue to eat the way I want. What makes me particularly happy is that you can add things like chicken or salmon-this will allow my husband who is not so keen on plant based foods to enjoy eating here.
