Worst fast food experience ever!. I never leave reviews, but this place is bad! Recently went through their drive through. It took 37 minutes to get to the window! When I finally got to the window there was no one there to take my payment for another 6 minutes. From payment to getting my food was another 8 minutes, and I was asked to repeat my order. When I confronted the staff about the ridiculous wait, there was no apology, just a rude yell as she walked away that it wasn’t her fault.I will never go here again, and I’ll encourage everyone I know not to either.
Worst place ever.. I’ve read some of the reviews on here and would like to clear up something with some of these reviews. The employees are trying their best with what they have. You make one mistake there and the owner yells at you. i worked there maybe about five months ago, but the condition are extremely unfair to the employees and I can bet that hasn’t changed. That would be why you get terrible service. The floors are always a mess and the food isn’t actually cooked fresh. They just reheat food in the fryer oil. There is usually three people on shift which makes it hard to actually fun a proper shift which means serve the costumers or clean. So dumb, never go there
Bad food & they rip off the kids. The food was disappointing and they didn’t include the toy in the kids meal. The staff said that they keep telling the manager to get toys in for the kids meals and the manager doesn’t bother ordering them. This place is a joke.
Don’t eat here.. How this place is even still running, i don’t know. You can see them washing their nasty dishes through their unused first window in the drive thru, the employees have no motivation (I wouldn’t at a place like that either) and clearly the owner is doing nothing to update the store. Trust me on this one, just go about 10 mins more down lougheed and go to the burger king in the Walmart center it is 5000 times better.
I worked there for 2 months whata horrible expirense, since I worked there 4 people got fired and 5 quit. They would cook on the broiler that was there for more then 15 years old it didn’t cook the burgers to the standard level of cooked meat. The employees are some nice people but not trained well so have some patience BEWARE WHOPPER WEDNESDAY burger meat cooked in the fryer
