If there were a option for a 0 rating I would use it!!!! Horrible experience!!! I found a fairly large piece of hard plastic in my Whopper last week and chipped a tooth. I notified staff immediately and was barely offered an apology. It wasn’t until after asked for the piece of plastic back and walked away that they even offered me my money back for my meal. Terrible customer service, in general, even without the particular incident. I have been getting the run around for days now. I think that the least they can do is have the decency to return my calls and pay my dental bill. I have called again today, twice! I have told them that I will be notifying the local paper, BBB and Health, Food and Safety on Monday if I don’t get any resolution by then. This could have been swallowed by a child for goodness sake!!!!
