The service is terrible here. Have come on a couple occasions thinking it was just that time but it’s all the time. The food is mediocre. The fries used to be really good but then they changed them.

This is a job for Bar Rescue!. Last night the food from the new menu was delicious, drinks cold and thirst quenching, and most people felt the service was good. There were a few new faces in the bar. It was karaoke night, and everyone was pumped to see the pub have some entertainment on a Saturday night. Drinking, eating, singing, dancing, laughing and socializing was the name of the night!I, Pinkys Karaoke followers, and the new comers were all enjoying our evening thoroughly. I brought friends in, who do not frequent your establishment, because Pinkys Karaoke was in the house they knew it would be a good time. I was really happy to see a number of regulars stay as well….some left for a bit and came back because they were excited to see some entertainment. There were some new to the Fox people there who joined in as virgin karaokers. As I am certain you are aware, being in the bar business (or any business) you can never make everyone happy. A couple of people complained to ownership by telephone, and put a real damper on the evening about 2 hours into the night. Your options were to either disappoint the few people complaining or disappoint the prospective patrons and regulars participating in karaoke as well as the source of the entertainment hired by the bar and a breach of contract. I was surprised you chose the latter! This decision resulted in patrons paying their bills and leaving, some paying and preparing to leave, those staying out of protest purchased nothing further.Fortunately Pinkys Karaoke, being the ultimate professional and respectful of the patrons/singers/followers, made the decision to continue the entertainment with a smile on. The couple of patrons complaining left and the entertainment resumed. Most of the patrons remained, but refused to buy any more food or beverages in protest. At 11pm, Pinkys was formally told to shut it down, she quickly made arrangements with the singers and re-organized the board advising that she was needing to close off the singing early. Pinkys Karaoke closed the evening nicely, professionally, and left that warm and fuzzy feeling to everyone there. The good news is Pinkys Karaoke gained some new followers and has many establishments to bring them to. Approximately 70 new patrons were exposed to your establishment for the first time on a Saturday night or for the first time ever on average spending $40 a piece or $2800 in sales and that was only half the night and only a portion of followers. Regretfully, due to a lack of professionalism on the part of the bar, I highly doubt the new visitors will be returning as well as many regulars (the people who pay your salaries) that now question your lack of respect for them and the business they bring to you. I personally have recommended you, brought in business colleagues, family, friends and visitors and over the course of years have spent 10s of thousands of dollars. Self-respect prevents me from continuing to support your business or recommend it to any entertainment professional, business colleague, family or friends.

Great local Pub. Well run place, for family and by family.Paul is the five star general owning the place, with his sons firmly under his command unless the Good wife is in the house…she rules..LOL. I realy like the Monday night football crowd and all the cash to be won.

One server from here is horrible. looks older than the other servers. BAD EXPERIENCE EVER! There were 3 of us and we ordered nachos, pasta and one half pice special calamari. Server told us that since we ordered half price calamari, all three of us have to purchase beverages. (I ordered a bottle of corona but 2 of my friends ordered water) since we are sharing calamri, we all have to order beverages. This totally doesnt make sense. I dont get it because i come to fox very often and never been forced to buy a beverage. Why dont you guys write down the menu that beverage must be purchased in order to order half price menu? We choose not to order calamari because my friends dont want to drink alcohol and sugar beverage. I dont get it.. even we ordered 2 regular price items and they require us to purchase 3 beverages because we ordered one special price items. Very forceful. I would understand if we only order all special price items but we didnt though…Dont get fool!!! Also alfredo pasta was horrible..tastes like microwave instant pasta…nachos were great but burnt a bit. Sour cream and salsa sauce wasnt enough when served but they require extra 75cents for extra sauce. Why dont you guys give us enough when served? Since there are three of us?I like here but i wont.visit here for while.

We came there with a group of 9 of us. Nobody acknowledge us at the door. Our friend that came there before suggest that we go outside on the covered patio. I asked one of the waitress if they were serving out there and she said yes and that she would get the bartender to come turn the fireplace on. That waitress did come to turn it on but didn’t help getting the tables together for us or offer us menus. After waiting there for 10 minutes nobody came to see us. I went inside ask the manager (bartender) why nobody came help us yet. He assured me that someone would be there right away. So I went back to our table. After ANOTHER 5 minutes with nobody coming we decided to leave. As we are getting up the waitress finally shows up with an attitude. We told her we were leaving and she said ok and turned around and walked away right away. Didn’t try to make it up to us or convince us to stay.As we were leaving and my 6 year old ask me why we’re leaving i told him nobody cares about our business here and the waitress heard me and says to me: that’s why I didn’t come outside to serve you. Way to treat a customer. As a industry worker i will make sure that this incident will not go unknown by the management. I went back to the bartender and asked that waitress name and I’ll make sure I will call her boss on Monday. I was very insulted and for sure don’t recommend this place.
