This place is terrible and based on their attitudes, they do not deserve your money.. Guys, I don’t have much experience with the food per se at Joes Atlantic Grill, but I did work here. They are verbally abusive, unprofessional, and rude to their employees. I have never seen a more hostile environment. They refused to give me the proper breaks in which they are obligated to give based on labour laws, and expected me to work as long as 12 hours straight without allowing them a small, five minute break to grab a quick drink. I had a terrible experience at this job, after working successfully and being a wonderful employee at every job I worked at afterwards. I would say if you don’t want to support this kind of establishment, you should simply not go here. Regardless of the food, I want to support a business that treats EVERYONE fairly, and I would prefer to take my business to a fair, morally sound independent establishment.
