Horrible service, boring cold pizza. It took an hour and a half for them to deliver a cold and tasteless pizza – worse than frozen from the grocery store. We had ordered from Jokers several times a few years back and it was fantastic. The new owners have tanked this place, take your money elsewhere.
WOW..major disappointment. I live in Port Moody and have ordered from jokers pizza in the past when it was under previous ownership.Thought I would give it a try again even though there was some negative reviews in regards to the food.The previous owner served quality food and was a pleasure to deal with and delivered to us with no hesitation.This is not the case anymore, NO delivery unless you order $17 or more, NO delivery to residences over 4KMThis business is in Port Moody!!?? I guess they are doing so well they dont need any business from within our beautiful little city that I have resided in for 20+ yrs…disappointed, but not surprised.Good service from food establishments in general throughout the Tri-cities has went down hill.

What happened?!?!. About two years ago, we ordered pizzas and pastas from Jokers almost every week. Its been about 18 months since then and we’ve started cooking more at home. So we decided to go back and order from Jokers and……Everything’s changed, the operators and the food…..and the food was very bland and not at all the quality we had been accustomed to from the past, not in the very least.Anyways, not sure of the reviews prior to me and whether they’re new to Jokers, but it ain’t the same place from about two years ago. Just sayin’……..
A fine jem.. To those ones who live in Tr-Cities area I highly recommend this wonderful pizzeria – a real jem for sure. I traveled a lot around the world and their pizzas are coming very close to what they serve in Italy. I will be ordering from them from now on without hesitation.
Great Pizza. I had the a half Chicken Florentine and half Piri Piri, as well as half Veggie Ace, and half Buffalo Soldier, all thin crust. Those were some of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while.I would highly recommend trying the Piri Piri, and the Buffalo Soldier. The piri piri sauce was spicy with a bit zing to it, and the buffalo soldier had really good jerk sauce.
Been ordering my pizza from here for about 2 years now, maybe more. I order almost every week and sometimes a few times per week. It has always been very good. Friendly service, great options / ingredients, quick delivery and always hot. Never too greasy! Thin crust and regular crust has always been consistently well prepared. Even after the change of management. Much better choices for toppings than other pizza places.Will order again… hang on… Im going to order now!
