Excellent service. Burger was great, loved the different bun with black sesame seeds on top. Tasty and nice atmosphere. After a day out on the boat we were all happy to eat here
Food is decent. Might be a bit overpriced. Service is mediocre at best. Servers do not smile, take their time filling requests. If it was busy, this might be understandable, we are 2 of maybe 20 people in here on an early Sunday afternoon.
A rarity these days… A pub that has the moxie to try the different…as an example just this month they had a month long Oktoberfest going with select menu items (schnitzels, brats, goulash, spezel etc) paired with custom German beers. Also the pig roasts are awesome…25 buck a ticket for a large plate (huge actually) of roasted pork/slaw/potato/bun and a great pint of cask beer.speaking of which, this place has excellent selection of rotating and house special beers..my fave is a 500 ml of chezcovar for 6.50! The staff are courteous and professional, the decor is new and modern and the regular menu is all good. I also recommend brunch to! My only minor complaint is the menu items can be a little inconsistent in terms of portion. Other than that I am so thankful that they are in the neighbourhood. We needed a place like this as an option to the local stuck in the 70’s beer parlours around here!
Forget about clubbing! This is the place that you outta be at when it comes to meeting new people, eating multiple goodies, drinking diverse shots, plus a cozy atmosphere too!If you’re willing to go to Port Moody, consider this pub as your first destination that must arrive, no matter how far!Are you willing to go the distance?
Great decor, friendly staff. Really like this place because the decor is inviting and attractive, and the staff are friendly and sincere. Craig the bartender introduced himself right away when I sat at the bar, something most bartenders don’t do anymore. The other bar staff are also friendly. I like the selection of Craft Beers, and think the clientele is a good mix of pub goers. Great job!
Trying Hard. Been here a few times now. The menu has gotten progressively better as they had to iron out a few wrinkles as all new bars do. One thing I like is the clientele is a mixture of young and old so you don’t feel out of place. Food is a bit pricey for a pub but it was tasty. Service can be anywhere from non existent to great depending on your server. It’s a nice atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail in and join friends. I’d recommend it for the casual diner.
Enticing menu? nope. Well I was in the mood for a burger so the choice was easy; the deluxe burger… it was good, the patty was tasty, nice melted mozzarella with juicy bacon and some classic toppings, the bun was a bit hard though and the caesar salad was ok. The menu was ok, ya just ok, not a whole lot of choices that really had me interested in ordering them. The space itself is super nice inside and had a nice wrap around patio that would be perfect for those summer days. The waitress was very cute and attentive, just the way I like them! lol
