Good hot food reasonably priced.. I usually don’t like to order from anywhere but this place I always trust to deliver my hot meal for the family after long day at work. It’s ok good for ok price. They called after 30 minutes and Canceled my order. So I went online and placed an order for delivery from the Sardis Location. It wasn’t a huge order, three combos & some extras. It came to around $30. After I clicked the order button I saw my confirmation and thought I was ready to go. I was looking a little deeper on their website and I realized the Sardis location was closed. So I decided to call the downtown store to ask if the order would automatically transfer to them. The lady asked for my number and said she would find my order. Within five minutes I received a call back (from a different woman) to confirm my delivery address and payment information. I was told my order would be delivered in one hour.Thirty Minutes PassI get a second call from the original lady. She says we can’t deliver to you tonight we are too busy. I said ohh.. She continues that they wouldn’t be delivering any combos tonight that I would have to order more food if I wanted delivery, or I could wait for at least another two hours for the original order. I said well forget it then. I can’t wait.This is no way to treat a customer. I will never try and order from them again.
Chow Mein ….no taste. I recently ordered a couple chicken chow mein for take out,,,from the Vedder Rd location by the Chilliwack Mall. I wasn’t impressed with the noodles they used …they were very very white & totaly tastesless… I think they need to find a new cook….We won’t be back. This place used to have decent Chinese food. Now everything is a greasy mess covered in thick, sweet sauces to disguise the low quality. You can’t keep serving this up. The last time we had take-out, we swore off Ginko. It was like they were sending us a message not to order again. Everything tasted the same. They weren’t even trying anymore.
Went for my last time. Couldn’t eat more then a few bites. Vedder location. Older man cooking was eating and wiping face, I could see while waiting in drive through. The food was hot but after two bites I noticed the sweet and sour pork was cold in middle. Gross! Big turn off. I can’t risk getting sick or have a worker eating my food and wiping his head. Too bad! The place has gone from ok To bad. I won’t be back
Great food at a good price. My family and I have eaten here (usually takout), literally dozens of times.The food has always been very good, and the prices are very reasonable.
