Our Favourite place for Sushi. I love sushi. I could eat it every day. I have eaten at quite a few different Sushi restaurants from Vancouver to Chilliwack and inbetween. This is by far our favourite place in Chilliwack. The prices just went up recently but it’s still very reasonable. We eat there or take out at least once a week from this place. The hostess is very friendly, she remembers our name and what we like when we come in and when we phone in an order for take-out. Now the food: All I can say is that absolutely everything you order will be fresh and delicious with very generous portions. My husband and I can share one dinner order and still have leftovers! The prices are reasonable and you get more for your money than most of the other Sushi restaurants that we have eaten at in Chilliwack. You won’t be disappointed with anything you order. The fish is fresh, the sushi is delicious and the tempura – excellent.I wouldn’t hesitate to order anything off the menu.
Good Sushi. Wife and I went there and first thing we noticed is the pics of the menu featured here… are OUT OF DATE. Add $2 to all the prices.It’s a small restaurant, so if you’re a crew of 20, forget it. But it’s a romantic little place for two or a few friends.Service was adequate, fish was fresh, but their tempura is inconsistent and some pieces didn’t have batter on one side while others had gobs.
Worth It.. If you are looking for mainstream sushi, this is the place to go. It’s definitely not authentic but the food is awesome for the price. The salmon sashimi is my favorite. Although the pieces are large, the fish is well cut, consistently good and nice and fatty. You can get almost the exact same food from Hana up the street but you will pay a lot more at Hana. I also recommend the udon. We have always had excellent service at Gon and will always go back.
Best Sushi Ever. I love this place. First place I had sushi when I moved to Chilliwack. I usually go here whether it is date night, family night or take out always worth the money and there is always left overs midnight snacks. I venture to other places but I am always disappointed and end up back at the best sushi I have ever had
Little disappointing after reading the reviews, $7 for 4 shrimp tempura and they’re small pieces but not bad. Recommend everyone go to Sushite in mission. Although you’ll never eat sushi again without being disappointed.
