Horrible service. I love their samosas and butter chicken and I am a regular customer. However today whoever was working the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when I realized my roomate had my wallet. If I didn’t love the food so much and knew of Indian food that delivers I would never go back!!
HorribleAbsolutely horible pizza wings and customer service. I will NEVER order from here again.!! I ordered two pizzas one serving of wings and sauce. I was over charged by $10 AND they forgot one of my pizzas. When I called to have the problem fixed I was told that they could of course bring me the pizza that they forgot and the money they overcharged me. about 5 minutes later I received a call informing me that they would not be bringing me the pizza they forgot unless I paid again. I said forget it just bring me the money you overcharged me. the person I talked to agreed that this would be fine. then again 10 minutes later I get another call telling me that they would only bring me half of what they had agreed to. Needless to say I will not be ordering from J’s again.
