We used to go here once a week but lately it’s been just so, so. I’ve tried twice recently, the spicy chicken roll. The roll went up in price, got smaller and both times they hardly put on any spicy sauce on it. Without the sauce it’s just over cooked chicken with no flavor. The avocado roll is good though. California roll and the other roll (name escapes me) were just ok. My daughter had a stir fry. She said it didn’t taste like anything and the dish was small for the price. This is one of those places that did great when they open. Good prices and decent portions but like many other places things went up and things got smaller. Off to find a new sushi place!

A stop on our way to Harrison. Someone planned and worked hard on the design of this restaurant right down to the cool taps in the bathroom. The staff are friendly with an extensive menu and very creative list of special rolls. Rainbowcrab had a bento with a California roll, gyoza, tempura and green salad. She said it was solid. I tried the spinich gomae which was tasty but it needed more spinich and less sauce. I also had a standard avocado roll and a fried chicken nugget dish with a korean style sauce. The chicken had a great crunch but there was way to much of the rich sweet sauce

The food was great, the service was lacking for how slow they were (3-4 tables max) and having having 2 wait staff working. The one thing that was the most surprising was that they actually charge $1.00 for some Sriracha. We were spending close to $80.00 that evening and to ask us to pay $1.00 for a condiment which we would use only use a few drops of surprised us all.

Over priced and not even good

Much Improved. We hadn’t gone back since the last time before the renovations…what a change! The food is good value (portions are the same as Gon Sushi since Gon Sushi made their portions smaller) and the tempura is not greasy and the food is fresh with lots of flavour! Loved it! Will keep going back now.

Rice on the rolls was nicely cooked. Food was fresh. Not the best value -size versus dollar amount, but if you are looking for a better quality sushi this is the place.

OK but not competitive. Was super hungry so gave local Maru a try. Greasy tempura, unagi not baked properly, didn’t know how to make a proper sushi cone. Newly limited menu with no chef specials.Disappointed & will not be going back. Many better sushi available in Chilliwack/Sardis area.2/10 for food & value & quality.
