New owners, new Chef, new menu, and me!. I joined the crew here as First Cook and we are under new management and ownership with a new, French Chef, a new, more inspired menu in the restaurant and a brand new fresh Chinese food buffet! I’m excited to bring my more than 25 years as a chef to the resort and I’m excited to work under the wing of a young and talented french Chef. Come check out the new Lake Okanagan Resort and the Vantage Point, I think you’ll like it !
