Cozy gem off the beaten path!. Being a seasonal local at Big White, I can honestly say that Globe is a must visit during your holiday. Creative, healthy and tasty dishes during the day and at night are served by great staff in a cozy atmosphere. Mix things up from fried pub food and take a stop across the road behind Snowshoe Sams- you will not be disappointed!
Mac & Cheese? Yes Please!. The Mac and Cheese at The Globe is one of those things that are hard to forget about (like middle of the night, wake you up and wishing you had some hard!) Delicious and well worth the indulgence! The small plates are the best way to eat with friends and I will update my review after I try the sardines – they look amazing! Food is great and the ambiance is lovely. Highly recommend!
A definite must…. Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly and professional staff and, of course…yummy coffee! Globe is my favourite place on the mountain.
There’s a jewel in the mountain. I’m visiting Big White during the off season. I happened to stumble upon Globe Cafe on my first morning in the mountain, after a challenging run in the dirt trails. I fell in love with this place as soon as I entered. The warmth and friendliness of the staff made me feel like I lived in Big White for the past 20 years. The latte is incredible and the omelette is out of this world… OUT OF THIS WORLD! Just to type about it makes me drool all over the keyboard. Many reasons brought me to Big White, Globe Cafe wasn’t one of them. But it is definitely one of the reason why I will come back.Much love from Montreal!
