I’ve dined at the Lotus Lounge many times last season at Big White. The food is amazing and authentic, great cocktails and amazing service! Lotus Lounge has a great atmosphere for the whole family or for a romantic date night. Love love love the tom yum! I highly recommend Lotus Lounge to anyone who loves Thai food! If you haven’t tried it you shouldn’t miss it this year!
We ate dinner here with a group of 7 the other night while on a ski weekend in big white. The first impression is that the decor and room are a bit…odd. It is in an old building and we sat in an alcove at a large table with a hard wooden bench. A few pillows later, we ordered and found the service to be excellent and friendly and the food was fantastic. The Pad Thai in both a pork version and a tofu version were delicious. The yellow and red curries, and the spring rolls were also amazing. We also noticed quite a lot of people picking up takeout while we were there. Overall, the food was of excellent quality – nicely spiced, fresh and hot and served promptly. Will definitely go back next year and would recommend it to everyone. I am a vegetarian and there were a lot of options.
