Well, I’ve found my new goto pho place. I came here for the first time last night and I ordered a typical bowl of beef noodle soup… and then I ordered another! It was that good. I mean, I was starving and it was my first meal of the day, but it is still the best pho I’ve had. It comes quick too. Like 2 minutes and you’re eating. I’ll be back.

Came here on a rainy day during lunch hour to satisfy a craving. Restaurant was quite busy but they were able to seat us. A younger male staff helped us and not sure if he was having a bad day but he did not speak at all. No smile or hello when we arrived and no acknowledgment when he took our order. Overall the food was OK. They charge $9 for a small bowl of pho and $10 for a large which is more than most Pho restaurants. I had the spicy pho which was $10.50. They give just the right amount of meat but the soup was not spicy at all. Looked like the regular soup base drizzled with drops of chilli oil. Also, the pork hock was just bone and no meat. Will I make an effort to go back? No..but maybe when i’m in the area.

Tried the dry egg noodles for the first time and I quite liked it. It came with seafood (shrimp, squid, and faux crab sticks), and had sweet soy sauce drizzled on it. I also added a good helping of chilli oil! Pretty good. There’s also a side of soup and that was tasty. karenklee.com

I’ve been trying to call them and no answer. Does anybody know if it’s still open? The secret menu is one of my favourite dinners in Vancouver.

Beer crabbbbbbb wtffffff I’ve never seen such a huge Dungeness crab!!First time trying this and the taste is still lindering in my mouth!!!This is so godlike omg and that beef sashimi and bbq prawns and that oxtail with bread is just too perfect match!!And the caramel egg pudding melt in my mouth!!I had never been so amazed at a Vietnamese restaurant and not even exaggerating, i am totally serious!!! Totally highly recommended. You gotta try their secret menu!!

This used to be one of my favourite places to get Vietnamese food. Prices have gone up and portions seem only slightly smaller than I remember but the taste is still good. I think that they could be using MSG in their broth because I was fairly thirsty near the end of the meal, but I’m not quite sure. I think each person eating there has to get at least one item that is over $5. Service was friendly but the refill on tea took a long time.

Came here a couple weeks ago and the food was fantastic. Perfect restaurant placement, right in front of the bus stop. Place was packed when we arrived and for good reason. Came with good sized portions of meat along with lots of noodles. Different meats were all equal, there wasn’t too much of one meat or too little of another meat. Broth was swirling with flavour. The flavour was strong and absolutely delicious.
