I don’t write reviews ever but this was horrendous. Worst service I’ve ever received and worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. We got there at 11:30 and everyone seated already had their desserts. The girl serving us never cracked a smile and was very unfriendly and rude. She brought us our lemonade and milk and we then proceeded to sit there for forty five minutes. She didn’t look at us. Didn’t speak to us. Didn’t offer us more water. But the worst was the fact that two people who entered after us got served their desserts while we sat there without an explanation. We got up and left. Never have I done that before. Whoever the girl was working Saturday March the 4th needs to be fired.
Their chocolate cake and desserts here are to die for. Also really loved their hot chocolate with whipped cream. Highly recommend this place for people who have sweet tooths and who love chocolate you will not go wrong with this place. Wonderfully cozy and charming ambiance in the place and service is extremely friendly.

Came here with friends after dinner. I ordered the creme brulee and cappuccino. My friends ordered the sweet revenge chocolate cake and coffee and tea. They came here numerous times and they love the desserts here. I thought my creme brulee was alright but not the greatest creme brulee I had tasted. The cappuccino was ok but wasn’t really traditional style and not as creamy and strong as I would like. I tasted their chocolate cake and it was good overall. Good place for desserts and hangout.
After dinner 2 friends and I decided to go to sweet revenge for dessert. When we went in there were a 4-seater table open. We asked the server if we can sit there but he said that the table is reserved and insisted that we sit with another group of 5 at the same table, separated only by a thin wood block. We didn’t mind since it was reserved? The 3 of us decided to order 2 cakes and a tea to share because we were too full to order 3 cakes. The server came out to say there are minimum charges and we said it’s okay. The difference was only about $1 and we didn’t mind. The first cake was the white chocolate cheesecake which tasted okay with very little hint of white chocolate, and the Chocolate mousse cake was okay as well. If the rating was purely on the food i would give it 3 stars. But now the terrible begins. After 1.5 hours we decided to get going and asked for the bill. But until then the reserved patrons for the 4-seater table never came. And no one else sat at that table for the entire time. We asked the server for the bill and also asked him how come the reserved table never had anyone come? He just had a horrid look on his face and pretended that he didn’t hear us. Now the bill came and the minimum charge was added which is fine. However gratuities was also added on top of that. Now this really annoyed us. First you lie about the reserved party so you can squeeze us into a table of 8 so you can open up another table for new patrons. Now because you had to charge minimum charge and you think that we wouldn’t pay tips so you add gratuities on top? On the menu it Clearly said gratuities added for 6 people or more. We argued with the manager/shop owner to take out the gratuities. He bent his own rules but he was infurious that we asked to take off the gratuities? We still gave them tips in the end but not as much as we would have originally. Just really horrifying way to treat your customers. Won’t be going back again!
This place has the most awesome desserts ever! And the cozy ambiance compliments the whole experience. They get very busy on Saturday evenings, though.
