I frequent Starbucks regularly and was excited to hear that a new Starbucks was opening in Rutland closer to where I live. Unfortunately all the drinks I’ve gotten there have been really bad or the servers have given me the wrong thing altogether. It’s a shame because they give great customer service, always very friendly, it’s just the drinks that have been bad.Today through the drive thru I ordered a simple Soy Mocha Frappacino and when I got home I realized it was just blended soy milk and ice. I brought it back since I had to head out that way again, and they remade it but this time it didn’t have coffee in it. I think this was the last straw for me. Too bad!

Great staff and great location … Busy but Service never suffers
Don’t expect any privacy. Very small and usually full.
