I tried so hard to like this place,They just really lacked common sense in how to be a good business.They treat customers like theyre dispensable, nickel and dime everything, and really just treated like someone to make money from.I was very disappointed.I wish them the best and that they can change the way they do business.Until then I would not recommend going here.
Love this place! All you can eat hotpot. They have a great assortment of items to choose from.You basically choose what soup base you want, then go and pick up whatever items you want to cook in the soup like (seafood, meat, veggies, noodles etc) then you make your dipping sauce. I usually like to do soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame sauce, cilantro, green onion, garlic, chilis. Then throw all the stuff you got into the broth and let it cook, as stuff is ready you pull it out and dip it in your sauce and eat! You can do a side of rice if you want and eat your cooked stuff with rice or whatever you like. That’s why I love it, I get tons of veggies and a yummy sauce/flavour I like. Everyone gets to eat what they want.Also, there are English speaking servers there now which is nice and easier to communicate if you have questions or need something. And the service is great- they make sure that our water is topped up and ask how everything’s tasting etc
