Disgusting!. My wife had hair wrapped around her fries in the bottom of the container. It kinda killed the mood to eat, I tell ya. Also on this same visit, another member of our group was sold a raw hamburger, it was wet pink inside. Serious kitchen issues there.
Cheaper than McDonalds for a family of 5, and better tasting food to boot!
