I’m a bit sad to write a poor review because I would really like to see this place thrive. A group of us went for a ladies lunch and it seemed that nothing could right. Coffee served without cream and sugar. They actually didn’t have cream and ended up bringing milk 20 min after the coffee arrived. Our appie that we ordered went to the wrong table and back to the kitchen. We wondered when we got it a few minutes later if it was a new one or the one that had sat out. The other appie we ordered came with our food 32 min after we ordered. Two of our salads were wrong and and Caesar salads had no bacon or croutons or Parmesan. Very disappointing. The servers were very nice but seemed like they were too busy and not able to help everyone appropriately. Our food that was served correct was good. I will give this place another try but I hope they can do a better job.
Terrible Service, Food Was Good. We ordered our food, had prompt service, we could hear the old washed up cougars bar-tending talking about us a few seats away, the woman who served us our food was drinking at the bar and we thought she was a customer. The margarita was very sweet and tasted like Kool Aid so the server took it and then they proceeded to drink our drink out of our straw. It’s no wonder they closed with the service and these women who think they are high and mighty. News flash, you are in the customer service industry, if you want to treat people poorly and talk about your customers then this probably isn’t the job for you. It’s hard to feel bad for them getting shut down by the way we were treated, I can honestly say I’ve never been treated so rudely in a restaurant before. The reason you have a paycheck or tips is because of the customers.

I wanted to like it, I really, really did.. but… I wanted to like this restaurant so bad, I gave it my business 5 times and was disappointed 4 out of the 5. The main problems seem to be either the with management or with the tablets they use to send orders to the kitchen. I ordered a philly cheese and got roast beef dip. Which is fine, I can deal with mistakes like that. It happens. Another time my friend ordered no onions and got twice the amount of onions that I got. Again, mistakes happen, just pick it off, right?The nail in the coffin was when I ordered a gin and tonic and they gave it to me, with a rotten lime in it. Twice.I’m including a picture because it’s so wrong. The night that happened, the kitchen staff were yelling about how bad the management was and how one of them was just fired from Denny’s. When we were walking up to the place we saw a cook walking out.. like quitting on the spot.So in all, I wanted to like this place, but the management is bad, the food is dangerous, and some of the staff have been ridiculously unfriendly.
Wings Tap & Grill. The service was excellent. Enjoyed the Fiji Blonde beer, shrimp Goya appetizer, and the spinach ricotta canneloni main dish. Prices are very reasonable, and plenty of free parking.
Food Poison Heaven. Horrible place to eat… Bad food and bad service. Second time I went there, to try to give it another chance, the owner shoed me away, he is very prejudice. I would not recommend eating there.
