Miss the location in Sidney, this one doesn’t quite compare to how it was…too bad.
Good americano, okay food, terrible service.. Went on Sunday after running around Cedar Hill GC. Red haired man with moustache was working, didn’t say anything, just went and stood at the till. Rude when we ordered and when I asked to use the bathroom he said it was in the restaurant next door. I went over the to find out it was closed. Wow what atrocious customer service!
Not bad at all. I had an americano and my girlfriend had a cappuccino. Both were very good. She also like the pastries. I’m not much of a pastry guy, but they are pretty good.
Awesome little bakery has lots of different fresh breads, pastries, treats, ice cream and the make great lattes!!
I Have Had Better.. The cappuccino is one of the most difficult espresso-based beverages to make properly due to the difficulty of obtaining the correct ratio of foam while steaming the milk, apparantly these guys have a heck of a time with it too as it was far from the best cappuccino I have ever had – barely even good. Their savory pastries the ones the size of a loonie, that cost a loonie, were completely flavorless. Having been unimpressed here before previously, I’m now kicking myself for trying it again. I should have known better.
An institution…. 30 years at this location and still family owned and operated. So much to see, taste and try. All the breads and treats that we tried were great and baked fresh. The gelato is our kid’s favourite and is made on site regularly, you can really taste this. I loved the staff and their energy.
OUCH. SOunds and smells great – but wait until you see the prices which are written, coincidentally, in small writing and quite faint so you can hardly see them.Once I saw them – ouch. Way too expensive for bread folks Find another bakery!
