Have had lunch here many times. This was only my second dinner. Service was great, like always. The server very attentive without disturbing. Ordered steak frities, steak was a perfect medium rare as ordered.
Had a nice patio lunch with my family on a rare warm long weekend! We got our food late compared to the tables around us but at least we weren’t in a hurry! Our server was very friendly and quick to check on us, refill waters, provide lemons for our waters, and extra napkins. Food tasted great. My seafood crepe was a smorgasbord of shrimp, salmon, and scallops. I got their soup of the day which was a curry chicken with onion and beans. Delicious. My lunch party had the blackened snapper and the deviled red snapper from the featured lunch menu. I enjoyed the menu items and will definitely come back.
Extremely pathetic/limited vegetarian options. Also very Expensive. $100 for three people and I ate med bread….. I will not go back or recommend. Come on Med Grill…it’s 2015.
We’ve eaten here a half-dozen times since moving to the area 6 weeks ago. Last Wednesday (Aug 5) I was looking forward to returning to the Med Grill for a late lunch with my daughter. I was very hungry and ordered the hamburger. When it came, I took several bites and noticed that the meat was tough (but the bacon made it all taste better).The burger started tasting very bitter almost half-way through so I opened it up and the meat that was left was burned completely BLACK! There was a piece of cheddar over it, but after scraping the cheese off you could see it was burned 3 mm deep and the patty was tough like a puck. It looked like it had been cooked earlier, then reheated and burned.Seriously, what is a burger except for the meat? It’s just bread and some vegetables, the meat is the most important part, especially if you are paying $14+ for one ground beef patty. It was truly disgusting, and after showing the waitress the black patty, she took off only $3.50 from our bill. That’s not good enough for the sub-par food I was served.I usually can eat only half a burger and I take the other half home to eat later when I am hungry again. I had explained to the waitress that I would not have the rest of my meal later, but she didn’t care and I didn’t need to worry. Not only was I not hungry later, but I threw up the half burger I did eat. The burnt taste stayed in my mouth all night.
So the $20 lunch menu sounds great until you get home 15 minutes later and are sick. My mother in-law, a friend, and I went there yesterday afternoon for lunch. I had the spinach salad and the lamb, my mother in-law had the same, and our friend had the chopped caesar salad and tried some of our lamb. After lunch we went our separate ways. When I got home I was immediately ill. I didn’t think anything of it until I got a phone call from the others who said they were sick as well. Really disappointing. We won’t be back. Lunch was enjoyable while we were eating, but something must have come into contact with it or maybe it was about to spoil. Either way, no thanks.
Amazing !. So I went here with my whole family and it was absolutely Amazing 🙂 I had the special. The waiters were prompt and professional, the food was out of this world good and I would highly reccomend it to a foodie looking for a sure hit!
Who Knows/Who Cares. I tried twice in recent days to make reservations in advance and they couldn’t accommodate me. I won’t be trying to eat there any time soon.
