Not the best place to eat in Victoria but not the worst either. When it first opened the food was really good but over the years it has slowly gone down hill along with the service. Tonight was an exception with the service but the food, although looked good when it arrived, was bad. Sent it back as it was burnt. The server re ordered and I got it to go as my wife had finished hers before I got it. Got it home and the same issue. Burnt! Will not be going back anytime soon but will end up going back at some point as my wife loves the wings.
I had one of their burgers one time, and it was so bad, it made me genuinely frustrated. I’m a big burger boy and I was slapped in the face with this garbage burger with kraft singles type cheese, meat that was just about as thick Mac Donald’s and just some completely worthless flavours. This rating is more directed to their burger quality, I did not eat any of their other foods.

I love stopping here before going to a movie. It makes for a great dinner and a movie date. Last time we were there my fianc was shorted a rib on his order and they were super nice about it and gave us 10% off our ENTIRE order for all 4 of us! It wasn’t a big deal to us, but that was super nice of the staff to do. Food is always yummy here and colouring on the tables is fun. Haha
Food/cost comparison is abysmal as is the quality. This also shows with the front of house staff. Avoid, unless you’re literally starving but even then it’s questionable.
Great Montanas. My family were visiting from the mainland and stopped in at the Victoria Montanas. The reastaurant was clean and the food was excellent, just what we were hoping for. The smokehouse wrap was awesome! Also gotta say A+ for serice, very surprised for a franchise restaurant. Will be back in our next visit
