I was very disappointed in everything when visiting here on my work lunch hour. I went after peak times, so the restaurant was almost empty. After waiting 10 minutes at my table I had to ask the hostess to get my server. Food did come out rather quickly, but it wasn’t very good. The burger didn’t have any flavour to it. It was quite disappointing. I could have gotten a better burger and service at A&W.

I am so sad they got rid of Red Robin in Calgary. It was always busy and tasty. Their chocolate milkshakes are excellent and are such a deal, you practically get 2 milkshakes for the price of 1 since they leave the tin with excess there for you to have too. Have never been disappointed with their burgers or their wraps. Come back to Calgary!

Red Robin is always one of my favourites. The burgers never disappoint. And how could you not love bottomless steak or yam fries? Our server was incredibly nice and when my niece popped her balloon, he went and got her another. Friendly staff, waits for seating are average, and service in general is pretty good. Got to get the onion ring tower 🙂 royal red robin burger protein style (lettuce wrapped) is normally my go to. And they have special burgers too at different times of the year so there’s always something new to try.

A chain restaurant burger joint that is generally well run. It has varied over the years, but in the end it is a decent burger restaurant that can operate well at near full capacity. Every order I’ve had from there has been well cooked with no screw ups

Slippery Slope and Smelly bathrooms. Well this particular Red Robin location has never amazed me but it’s all we have for one on the South Island. Today’s visit takes the cake. The restrooms are again gross toilet paper everywhere, and now it smells like a city of Victoria parkade. An employee was coming in as I was going out of the restroom and I mentioned this to her. It was still a disaster when we used the restroom before we left. I would rather hold it that go back in there. Also it was over 45 minutes to be seated for our 15 minute wait, but that is okay 4 other groups the same size as ours that came in after us were seated before us. When I brought this up to the hostess she was like opps. I asked to speak with a manager and all she did was make excuses. Then finally seated and it took another 20 minutes to get a glass of water. Our server was great but our order was all screwed up by the kitchen and the fries tasted of rancid deep fryer. N A S T Y!!

Went for lunch today hoping to get a quick burger after shopping. The service was extremely slow (over half an hour waiting for lunch) and it was not even close to full. Banzai burger was just ok. It was free of any sort of flavour. The fries were mealy and greasy. The Caesar salad was beyond gross. The dressing was flaky, salty and over lemony. Nothing nice about it at all. The lettuce was soggy and wilted. The blackened chicken was super salty. Pretty much inedible. What a shame because this used to be a great place to get a quick and tasty lunch. They have gone way downhill over the last several years. Don’t waste your money on salty, greasy, flavourless chain restaurant garbage
