Came here on labour day and it was packed! It has been awhile since we have stopped here since the last time we came to salmon arm. The food came out fast and super hot which was nice because often places bring out lukewarm food. The clam chowder was amazing. My hubby got fish and chips and commented that it was the better fish and chips that he has had and the fish was flaky and you know it was fresh. Our friends got the seafood fettuccine it had lots of seafood in it and also said it was very fresh. They brew their own in house beer, the Canoe creek pilsner had a smooth, light taste.
Great service, great food. Steak sandwich, seafood Alfredo, and salmon salad were excellent. Prices on point. Definitely stop here for food if you’re going through town.
I think the waitresses are pulling double duty and running into the back to cook the food. Barely even saw them. If that’s the case, they do cook a primo burg. It’s worth witnessing for sure.
We ended up coming here twice during our time in salmon arm. First time I had a beef dip that was delicious, and second time I had an avocado bacon chickens sandwich. Great good, fun beer selection. Service was quite slow and the Servers seemed nice but exhausted both times. they shouldConsider adding more staff for lunch runs.
I sat down felt good.. looked at the menu … started to smile… ordered and was really happy …. the cost the choices the atmosphere. .. i even customized their seafood pasta to what I like 🙂
I am very impressed that Salmon Arm has a restaurant/pub like this. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was great too. I would recommend this place to anyone who is stopping at Salmon Arm.
Worst service EVER. Just went there and had to walk out after just ordering an appy. We walked in and asked for waters to start and waited 15 mins to get those. Then ordered drinks and an appy and got the appy after another 15 mins and didn’t receive our drinks until after we finished the appy. Plates weren’t even taken away when our drinks were dropped off. Waited for 25 mins for the waitress to come by so we could order entrees and finally had to give up and go elsewhere. We even sat at the table with our jackets on, thinking maybe they would notice and come over or give us the bill. Nope. Had to walk up to the bar and ask for it from the bartender. Absolutely ridiculous, will never go back.
