Went to Blue Canoe with a friend for lunch today (July 17, 2017). We were the first in line, and I placed my order first and went to sit down. My friend placed her order and came to join me. Several people placed their orders after us. My friend received her order; I did not. She started eating her food and 15 minutes later, when I had still not received my order, she went out for a smoke so we could still eat together. Several people came and placed orders while she was out. When she returned, I had still not received my order (that was a half hour wait). We told the counter person I had not received my order, and she went to the kitchen to let the staff know. Another half hour later (an hour now), my friend finished eating and I STILL had not received my order. My friend finished her meal and we were ready to go, so I went to ask for my money back (it does not take an hour to make a sandwich. I did not receive so much as an apology…NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.
