Great pizza fast fresh and excellent service. Didn’t go there for months because I wasn’t impressed with the the food but decided to try it again and I’m glad I did.
The service was really good but the food was prepared very slowly. The pizza was slightly over done. The Chipotle Bacon penne was God at least. It tasted like the quality of other Boston Pizza’s. If you are looking for a restaurant that’s convenient, it is located right on the TransCan Hwy!
Suffers from lack of competition. Owners have seemed to checked out due to lack of competition. Really only a couple places to go with kids and they know it. Food often suffers from lack of attention and seemingly stretching the life of the produce to save money. Other times it is great. Complete lack of consistency.
Took our family here on the way through Salmon arm. Great place to come for burnt black chicken and burnt black tacos. Manager couldn’t even be bothered to come to our table to see the horrible meal. To top it off we ordered fries with one of our meals and when they didn’t come the waitress’s response was oh well you home to Hummed and Hawed so I didn’t bring the fries. Brutal service.
Not the best. We went there for our 1 night in salmon arm and when we got seated everything seemed fine untill our entrees.. We waited for a good half hour then we got our meals, it messed up on half of our orders. Our food was decent but not the greatest experience.
Chain Food at Boston Pizza. I have eaten at this place a few times over the years, and yes, for a chain restaurant, it isn’t really that bad. For the same reasons, it isn’t all that good either. The menu changes, the ingredients are mixed around, but everything tends to be the same. I did enjoy their Tuscan Pizza a few years ago, but I am not sure if it is still on the menu. The owners are a bit aloof, but some of the staff can be fun. All in all, not a bad place if you like the chain restaurant style of dining.
My family and I always come down to Salmon Arm. On hot days, we enjoy sitting on the patio with a sub zero beer and all meat wings. The service is fast, the food is fresh and great quality. Definately the best Boston Pizza I have ever been to.
