Don’t do it!. I should have known better! On a previous trip in to pick up an order, the guy prepping our pizzas dropped a few slices of cinnamon sticks on the floors. I was shocked to see him pick them up and put them with the rest of the order, snicker at me, close the package and place it with the other orders ready to go. What he failed to realize is that those were part of my order!! A year later, in a moment of weakness, we ordered 3 large pizzas for home delivery. An hour and a half later, with no sign of our pizzas, we called to check on the order. Was ticked, but maybe not too disappointed, to hear that they could not find our order. Lesson learned and bullet dodged. Will never go back to this restaurant, or any of the other restaurants under the same ownership on this little island. Buyer beware!!
Horrible service… They need some serious Upgrades on their staff. I’ve had numerous experiences where I’ll order a pizza and they’ll make up some sort of excuse to why they can’t make it, or they dumpy won’t answer there phone, even when calling repedeatley 10 times in a row, when its only 930 and there supposed to be open till 10. I am Very unpleased with there staff, and I can guarantee that the next time I want pizza I’m buying a frozen one, uptown is twice the price and half the quality of one anyways.
Decent pizza, a bit pricey for what you get. The tacos have gone downhill, especially in ‘to go’ form. I like the Popeye pizza because it seems like the ‘healthy option’ (spinach, feta, etc). Uptown may be the cheapest and fastest place on Salt Spring to eat !
