Now that I’ve found out why I hurt so much after eating (gluten / dairy / soy intolerances), I’ve decided to try things that don’t hurt. Paid a visit to Pikanik while on a staycation in White Rock, and sampled some cupcakes and coffee with TammyFirst off, their Chocolate Razzmatazz cupcake is TO DIE FOR. It melts in your mouth, so moist and chocolatey! It’s hard to believe it has no dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, or nuts! Honestly, better than any other cupcake (real ones included). The Vanilla Latte cupcake that Tam had was also very good.So, we decided to buy a bunch of stuff after and take it back to the hotel! :)Awesome quality, service, and not too pricey. Plus I was told that with purchases $30+ you can get delivery for a $10 flat fee in the lower mainland and Fraser valley! I know where my next birthday cake is coming from… brewji.blogspot.com

Their range of bake-it-yourself goods is an awesome way to stock up and have fresh Pikanik treats at home, too. And with every season they release something new! Plus the owners are just so wonderful. If you have any food allergies, you need to visit.
