I wish I was giving this pub a better review as I liked the food and wait service just fine. As for taking the safety of their patrons seriously, it gets low marks. My wife and I were harassed, threatened and constantly baggered and provoked by a drunk person during a live band performance. When we brought this to the attention of security, they did nothing. When we brought this to the attention of the wait staff, they informed security and stopped serving the person. But no orher action was taken. When harrassed a third time, it was clear we should leave the show as security was not going to stop the aggresive behavior or remove the person from the bar. Management should take notice.

Sawbucks knows how to keep customers and keep them happy.We go for Wings Wednesday: 40 cent wings is a pretty good deal and they have never been pathetic or bony like many other places. Our favourite Wings flavours that have stood the test of time are Salt and Pepper, Honey Garlic, Franks Red Hot Sauce, and the BBQ. The servers have been able to handle us at huge groups and they are efficient but friendly.I recommend checking out the daily specials for drinks and meals. There are some great deals in there. Also the poutine is fantastic, if you ask me.They recently remodeled and redecorated after a fire in the kitchen.We came by for the karaoke one Friday night which was very interesting: There was some amazing talent and dancing! Sawbucks manages to keep the rowdiness down while still providing a good evening.
