  I keep giving this location chances when I shouldn’t. It’s a terrible location which consistently poor service. Constantly out of flavours, never picks up the phone when you try to call to see if they have your flavour back in stock after waiting almost a month. Went in the other day and paid for a drink only to be told that they were out of Banana milk AFTER they had told me they had it in stock (they didn’t apologize for their error at all). Instead of offering me a refund and a drink of my choice (like any respectable shop should do) they told me to pick another flavour. I then told them I wanted a refund and it took a couple minutes because the men working behind the counter couldn’t access the till, couldn’t remember exactly how much I had paid, and hadn’t provided me with a receipt so they couldn’t do the math. I had to take out my change and figure out how much they owed me myself. Customer service doesn’t get worse than this place! Avoid!

  The staff was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and dishonest !!!!I watched them make my bubble tea, and they filled 60% with tap water from the sink. The staff denied that any tap water as added, then changed their minds and said they always do that.When I asked for a different drink they started yelling and angrily spoke in their language amongst themselves.

  One of my favorites bubble tea places, I love the roasted milk tea with grass jelly here, strawberry yogurt smoothie, lychee yogurt QQ, Taiwan Mango QQ and more!! Their pearls at the Broadway location are cooked perfectly and their customizations make it very easy to make your drink how you like it!! Service is a bit slow when they first open, but that’s fine

  I’m hooked to their pearl milk tea. Have been getting it for an entire week continually :PThey have such goooood teas and huge selection to pick from. I would suggest Pearl Milk Tea, Grass jelly roasted milk tea is another great one to try. Along with that, their Tieguanin tea latte is something to try if you want something light, it has a very potent black tea taste. I really want to rate these people 5 but their in store customer service is really bad. I have been there many times and have been treated rudely or was ignored. So, if I feel comfortable next time I’ll be happy to give them 5. For now the 4 is for their tea.

  Quite a rich menu of bubble tea. Real taro is used for taro milk tea. There’s also a good variety of toppings, and you can specify the amount of ice. The strawberry yogurt drink actually has real strawberry as well, and tastes quite good.

  With what I’ve experienced, the bubble tea quality between the Chatime locations has been pretty consistent. On the whole, I am very pleased with the drinks, but what really disappoints me at the West Broadway location is the service. I can’t recall how many times I’ve asked for drinks with no ice and they keep giving me ice (although they do remake the drink for me, which I appreciate).I can’t recall how many times I’ve given them my phone number to allocate my points, and they keep typing in the wrong phone number. What really ticked me off was when I watched them type it wrong 5 times, and when I told the person for the sixth time my phone number (even pointing out what he’s typed in wrong), he gives up and blatantly lies to me about giving me my points. Good drinks, upper end prices, lower end customer service. I’d cross either bridge (Robson or Oak) before bringing them my business again. They can go lie to someone else – I’m not giving them another cent.
