We’ve always found Sidney Dairy Queen to be very good. However, tonight my husband and I went through drive through for burgers, fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings were okay but the burgers were cold, over cooked and absolutely not worth the visit!!
have to echo the previous reviews. .the drive through is pathetic..and it’s amazing that the owner/manager obviously don’t care. .get your act together. ..how hard can it be? ???
25 minute drive thru. HORRIBLE. I tried to use the drive thru, sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before they bothered to take my order. I saw the car in front of me sit at the speaker for a good 3-4 minutes before their order was taken. Once my order was taken I sat in the drive thru for a total of 22 minutes. When I got to the window I sat there for another 5 minutes and when I finally got my food there was no apology or anything about the time that it took. I ended up being late for work. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Poor Customer Service. I’ve had a few meals at this DQ and the food is OK…but the customer service is atrocious! Most of the mainly young female employees should be fired! I’ve owned several businesses and I would never tolerate the poor service these young girls provide. No one greets you on arrival, and certainly no one thanks you for your business! The place is never busy and the answer is obvious!
Terrible customer service. Every time I come here they make me wait in the drive through to order even when nobody else is there. Then I make it to the window and wait again. Then pay…. and wait… unless you have 12-15 minutes to wait in the drive through and waste your whole lunch dont come here. The two old ladies who work here (I use the term work loosely) should be fired. Hire someone who will actually move their ass instead of literally just standing in one spot waiting for an order to come up… not taking the next order… not helping the customers inside…. standing still…. and then slowly sauntering over….. fire them… terrible place
I really like the customer service I have gotten at this DQ this year. One lady in particular is super charming and experienced and I appreciate this.
