April 1 2011. I have been coming to the harbor road deli for 10 years and since it has changed hands again, it has gotten worse. My boyfriend went in there today to get a shrimp sandwich and a turkey sandwich and the woman acted as if it was a big waste of her time to take his order. There was no one in the deli and she couldn’t be bothered to even greet him while she rolled her eyes at his order. The food was marginally decent but not worth the price. I will not be going back though, only because of this woman’s poor attitude and customer service.
