Your typical small town bakery. Busy with locals and visitors. At times, feels a tad unorganized. Baked goods are showcased behind a glass window enticing passerbys to come in for a sweet treat peek. There’s a lot of options. Not sure quality of everything when there’s so much, but prices are so reasonable you can taste test a few goodies. Not quite sure why this place is so crazy popular. It’s your average no-fancy fuss bakery in seaside Sidney with not a whole lot of competition. I think for nostalgic purposes it’s a walk down memory lane for many a local folk. Yes it does remind me of the humble ma + pa village bakery around the corner from my childhood home. Sidney Bakery is simple old school. Their signature fritter donuts were big, moist and chewy with mouthfuls of apples not overly sweet but tad greasy. Overall I find it’s good but nothing spectacular.
