Best kept secret in Sidney!!! At least it used to be…it can be busy and they have very limited parking. If you’re looking for a good home cooked meal (only better because you didn’t have to do the work yourself) the food here is excellent and Karen is literally the best server anywhere!

Mmmm Mmmmmm Good. Great food & big portions. I had the country scramble, eggs with mushrooms, cheese and meat, multi grain toast & potatoes. These are the best potatoes hands down. Everything was fresh & delicious. I would definitely go back here again. And as others have said the girls that run this place are the best.
The best home style diner. I think this is the. Best place for that feeling that Mom lovingly cooked your breakfast.farm fresh eggs always done exactly as ordered, local bacon and sausages PLUS real hash browns.. Happy wait staff and happier clients. The only downside is thefacttheyare not open on weekends.
Good old fashioned diner. Come here and don’t expensive fancy anything – but what you do get is hot, fresh and delicious local breakfasts. Many of the breakfast meats come from nearby Starke’s Deli, their buns and bread come from local bakeries, too. Humble decor, two fantastic ladies that run the joint. Never have to ask for a refill of coffee or more hot water for tea. You get the meal you order, it’s to order, and more importantly hot and tasty. You get great value for the money, and looking at both price and food quality, to me one of the best, if not the best, breakfasts in Sidney. I go out regularly on Friday mornings in a breakfast group… we have tried all the typical breakfast joints… some are wayyyyy overrated in my opinion. If you want basic food in friendly, humble surroundings you won’t be disappointed here!
Best breakfast in Sidney bar none!. I went there today with a friend and have to admit the breakfast was the best breakfast i have had in the sidney area..including Victoria. Beautiful farm fresh egs with deep yellow yolks…toast actually toasted which seems like a concept other places can’t get their head around..sausages and bacon from a local deli and the best part was the fantastic home fried potatoes.. They are woth the trip on their own. The dumbed down lazy norm everywhere else seems to be deep fried potatoe chunks smothered in seasoning salt. The ones at Bad Betty’s are pan fried and then smashed. Fantastic! Will be back for sure.
