I have been previously but been disappointed with the food quality. It is bland but the local and the atmosphere are incredible. It is a beautiful establishment.My spouse was excited to try the pizza. We walked in for a take out order and were given a menu with no explanation. My spouse mentioned he had never been but the waitress could care less. We were not offered a beverage and the waitress never came back to take our order although we were at the bar and she served other patrons. After 20 minutes of waiting, we left.I sent an email to management. Shocking! It was ignored and there was no response. Note, I did say no response necessary and I noted that before posting negative online reviews that out of respect, I would let them know. It’s been a week. Radio silence.We will never return to this establishment for business or pleasure.
Tasty pizzas but bad service. I ordered two pizzas to go and they told me that it would take 10 minutes. So I decided to stay and wait in the restuarnat but it took more than 20 minutes. So I kept looking at the cooks and servers and our eyes met but they kept chatting. I don’t care how long it takes to make pizzas but I amvery mad at their bad service.
We wanted to try something different in Sidney, so we decided a good pizza would hit the spot. We ordered Kettle chips, maple bacon chicken wings, and the the Fort Mac pizza. The food completely exceeded our expectations. We tried the wings just to have some fun but they were the juiciest wings we have had in along while. Very impressed by that flavor combo. The chips were delicious and everyone loved them. The pizza was exactly what we wanted, awesome flavor and perfectly cooked in the wood oven. Highly recommended to everyone.
Was tasty but not what menu online specified. Sorry but was disappointed by the Fort Mac as it had no beef on it as menu said and the 21 thai chiken had no chiii peppers on it as menu on line said. Still enjoyed but some what disappointed
Worst pizza ever. Pizza was burnt around the edges, nearly burnt and dried out on top, hardly any cheese, the crust was as soft as wet toilet paper and not cooked so you couldn’t pick it up without it flopping like a wet rag and it tasted doughy. We took it home to cook it properly and add more ingredients. The waitress was seemed obvious to the fact that we were there although there was only one other couple. Don’t waste your money here!
A family if chimps would give better service!. Guaranteed every time you go there you will wait for your drinks. Order your food if and when the clueless waitresses cine around or you’re screwed. This place makes McDonald’s and 7-11 seem like the Chalet when it comes to customer service. Giid is pretty good though when it finally arrives.
