The Bulldog Grand Cafe is an extension of The Bulldog Amsterdam, a renowned Dutch establishment. The ambiance is that of the legendary 'Brown Bars' in a grand caf setting. Many parts of the interior such as the bar tables or wall art have been brought over from Holland to authenticate The Bulldog feeling. Leather sofas and natural rock fireplaces combined with the earthy dcor make The Bulldog Grand Caf the ideal place to enjoy a casual meal or drink, either in the main caf or the largest covered patio lounge on the mountain. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, mostly focused on Dutch & Thai-Indonesian cuisine with flavours from the West Coast. All the menu items are prepared from the freshest ingredients and all baked items are homemade in the hotel's bakery, including the delicious burger buns.
