Chose the restaurant for a special occasion. Advertises as a pub but had a poorly stocked bar. Drinks ordered with tonic were served with soda water seemingly with the hope we wouldn’t notice. No Clamato for a Caesar, no Molson’s Canadian. Baby back ribs were tasty but lukewarm. Potatoes, rice, veggies and fries were all cold. Bottled wine and desserts were good. Service was mediocre. Might be a great place for drinks on the waterfront patio but wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for a meal.
Great place to visit.Good is great, the view is amazing, and a great selection of good beer.The ribs are good, and the salad looked great too.
The view in itself was worth it but our service was amazing as well. Good service is extremely hard to find, so you add a great view and awesome food it was worth the visit.
Yummy! The service is decent, the food is delicious, but that view is what gets me to eat here. Can’t really complain about the view from this place, the food is a bonus.
Love the stickleback. Consistently great food, wonderful service and delicious Caesars. Winter weeknights can be quiet and great for a date night with good conversation.
Good Food. I wouldn’t recommend eating here in the winter or when it’s really cold out. It was freezing inside the restaurant. Had to eat with our jackets on and hands were ice cold. Couldn’t enjoy our meal.
A+.for effort. Great oceanfront location with big outdoor patio. Service was really friendly and accommodating. We went during a very busy night though so It took quite a while to get our order served…about 30 minutes. When the food did finally arrive it tasted a bit plain to be honest, nothing special. Would have expected better quality. It’s too bad because the location, friendly staff are all there, just needs a different chef perhaps. Overall good effort.
