Atmosphere 4, service 3, HK style drinks 4, food 1. Overall 2 out of 5 for me since the food really bad. Went there 4 times, all disappointments in terms of food at different levels. The worst is what I just had today — Singapore style rice noodle. Almost no taste at all with a full dish of oil.

Nice Hong Kong style cafe. We ordered the Chinese minced beef on rice, curry beef tongue spaghetti and the Swiss sauce chicken wings. The wings were so juicy and the other two dishes taste authentic. Plenty of parking spots is also an plus. Will definitely come again.

i would give this place a 0.0 if that is an option.worst service i ever experienced at any high or end low end hk style cafe.if you want to be yelled at by the servers for just asking for your drink, come dine here.if you want to be ignored by the servers pretending they don’t see you when you raise your hand to ask for service, come dine here.if you want to receive rude attitude from the servers, come dine here.if you want to pay 5* price for 2* food, come dine here.if you want to have the server standing right next to you staring at your wallet/cash when you are paying for the bill at your table, come dine here.they even come over and ask which kind of dessert did i ordered when my mouth is still full of food in the middle of my meal! do they expect me to spit onto the person sitting opposite to me and do i must answer their rude question at THAT exact moment?? can’t they wait a bit and come back??? i haven’t even finished my meal and they came over to ask for what dessert i ordered!THESE PEOPLE HAS NO ETIQUETTE AT ALL!!! enjoy your over-priced meal at this unbelievably horrible service cafe.

Related to the Amigo in Richmond, this location appears to be renovated. The place was bright and clean. Parking was plenty as in the strip mall with Safeway – wished people learn to drive in the one way aisles. Anyway, the food was good. Been there for lunch dinner. Like the lunch special combos. Decent size and comes with a drink. Dinner, agree with reviewer below that it is on the pricier side for a HK style caf An entry is about $26 plus tax and tip. Service is on par with most HK style cafs. Overall, lunch is good, dinner is good (on the pricier side). Suggest that the business bring in some Chinese options.

Food & service are good but I don’t really like the way they use styrofoam boxes for takeouts. I’ve bought takeouts twice from them and the hot food melted the box both times and not only make a mess but my food are kind of wasted. I really hope that they will use aluminum boxes on all hot foods not just baked stuff. It’s a new place so is clean & bright. The staff are nice & friendly. The food wait is a bit longer than other HK style cafes but still acceptable. The parking is terrible at lunch & 4:30-6pm. Back to the food I think their Chinese style noodles & rice are way better than their western style pasta. All of their stir fry rice noodle are really smooth & soft & saucy. But the western style pasta/rice are a bit disappointed. The pasta are usually so dry and hard and the sauces are never enough. But overall the food is good

Came in early on a Monday, around 5:30pm, there were a couple diners in the restaurant already. My boyfriend recommended their black pepper ribeye combo. The ribeye combo comes with a choice of lobster bisque or Russian borscht soup. You can pick between rice or spaghetti for the dish. They also offer a choice of dessert between a couple puddings (mango, sesame, coconut and etc.) Coffee or tea is included;$1 more for cold drinks. We both chose the lobster bisque, spaghetti for the dish, and mango pudding for dessert. The lobster bisque was creamy and flavourful. The ribeye itself was very good, it had a rich pepper taste and the meat was surprisingly tender. I would recommend getting the steak more on the rare side here, it yielded a more juicy and tender steak. The spaghetti was pretty standard, it meshed really well with the mushroom demi-glace. Mango pudding was a little dense and lacked the normal fluffiness in this dessert.Overall, a pretty decent meal. For a HK cafe, it is on the pricier side, including tax and tips, the bill came to about $60. Will be back to try other dishes!
