It’s like every other Boston Pizza you’ve probably ever been to… Generic, decent food, big menu. The service wasn’t the best when I went in and the place was dead!
I have not eaten in the restaurant, but I have ordered from here on way more than one occasion and it has been a great experience, the food has always arrived hot, on time, and the driver is very polite. Looking forward to dining in the restaurant some day..
We were two weary Alberta travellers looking for a familiar place to eat. Got to BP’s and ordered some beers and a small pizza. Wasn’t a big order by any means, but they still treated us with class and were even up for singing happy birthday to my wife. Good experience and good food.
This place lacks service, professionalism and is a farce Boston pizza. It doesn’t align with any other Boston Pizza’s standards. This food is worst and when we went to complain it fell on deaf ears. Tragic to the BP name.
This place sucks. They refused to deliver to me because I was 4 km outside of their 7 km radius. I don’t see why this place even offers delivery when they can only deliver to 5% of the valley. I have no problem getting delivery from other businesses in town. Your loss.
Bad service, bad food, and no one there seems to care. Never going back
I was surprised. I was in Duncan the other day and could not decide where to eat. I ended up at Wendy’s but at the last second decided on Boston Pizza. It is right next door to Wendy’s. When I entered I noticed it was big airy and clean. The waitress came and got me quickly and seated me with a menu. The menu here is what you would expecct from a big chain. I ordered the baked chipotle penne and it came out quickly. It was huge. I almost could not finish. It was also good. Lots of cheese and sauce and tomatoes. Also for those of you who care about such things the chairs have no arms. This is a big plus for me as I have always hated chairs with arms.
