Been going to this place over the years but it now has got to the point where it’s not worth the money, same old boring smorg, went there last week food was cold, the sesame chicken was so hard to chew and mixed in it was almond chicken(most likely left over from the lunch smorg) there was no almond chicken on the smorg that night so where did it come into play, the food is now very greasy and you have a film of it in your mouth that is so bad after eating it is terrible. I don’t recommend this as a place to eat, the owner the night we were there stood at the front door for awhile and did not say hello to anyone coming in, he is so grumpy he should not be let out of the kitchen. DON’T EAT HERE, you have been warned.
I feel really bad for the regulars that eat here 🙁 this has to be the worst food I have EVER eaten in such a scummy restaraunt. I felt so disgusted after I left and I will never return. GROSS !!
The decor here is old and the smell when you walk in was less than appetizing. Staff is friendly. The food is sub standard at best. Everything is very salty. The ginger beef should have been called ginger beef jerky. This place was recommended to me as the best Chinese buffet in Duncan. If that’s true, there is lots of room for a good Chinese restaurant here. Would not recommend this one to anyone.
Best chinese in duncan. As far as chinese food I’d say its pretty good, but I have had better. It is by far the best we have here in Duncan. Fair prices, large portion sizes. Order food from here regularly.

Not good. The owner is creepy. He just stares at customers like they are trespassing and will often not respond to friendly hello’s from his patrons.The smorg is a good size but DO NOT go close to the end. Half the smorg is often empty and some times for long periods. The prawns are terrible on a good day, always dry and hard.Some of the menu items are SO GOOD! Pan fried prawns or pan fried prawns with pepper salt are really good. I also love the beef chow fun. I’d say if your gonna go to kim wah’s, order off the menu because it’ll surprise you (100% better then the smorg), and ignore that crazy old man!
You get what you pay for. I like this place. It’s decent food for the price you pay, and they cook my favourite items well enough for me. Chow mein and sweet&sour pork were good, as were their spring rolls and almond chicken. I was not a huge fan of their fried rice, though. The fact that they’re nearby is also a plus…. one drawback with delivery is they can’t do debit. But in that case, it’s simple to go by an ATM and get cash before you pick it up- which gets you a 10% discount, and also saves on the tip.And as for the comments about how greasy they are…. it’s a Chinese restaurant, you seriously can’t have expected it to be diet-safe. As far as Chinese restaurants go, they’re far from the greasiest place I’ve been to. In fact, there’s a few places here in Duncan I flat-out refuse to eat at because of how greasy they are. Kim Wah is not one of them.
