Craving a bubble tea I stopped and picked up a fresh strawberry and pineapple. Its been a few years since I have been here, and its definitely not as I remembered it. The bubbles were too soft and over cooked. The drink was more ice than fruit. I guess I will try the other places near by next time.

Nah…. Came here for the high reviews. I’ve had too many bubble teas, even the authentic Taiwanese bubble teas in Taiwan too. Maybe this place is more for the ice cream shakes or such. I ordered a very typical jasmine green milk tea with pearls, and it was bad.. Very watered down and pearls were very very soft almost mushy. However, my husband’s coffee with milk was great! Tastes like See’s candy! I will not come back to give it a second try though..
The guy’s been in business for over 10 years. He knows whats he doing (bubble tea) and he does it well. My favorite: Black Raspberry Ice Cream
The best!. This is my favourite bubble tea place in all of the lower mainland! Their ice cream flavoured ones are delicous! Order a mango ice cream bubbletea, then they use mango flavoured ice cream. Order hedgehog ice cream bubbletea, then they’ll use hedgehog flavoured ice cream! Hedgehog is my favourite…chocolatey goodness with delicious fresh-made pearls! They also serve bubbletea using real fruits! However, they also have powdered-flavoured ones.They come in 3 different sizes and in very affordable prices. It can get very busy, especially after-school, and that is the only time service is slow. But it’s worth the wait!
