The sushi here was disgusting. The fish was warm and tasted odd. The house roll is the size of a burger and is not easy to eat at all. I’m not sure why anyone would want to eat that much fake crab in one roll.Our group will definitely not come back.
Oh dear lord, this place is bad. Okay, I cannot argue with the portion sizes. They are fantastic and probably are the largest portions you will find in Vancouver in terms of a sushi bar. However, this is no reason to literally flip a coin every time you eat there. I have ordered dozens of times from here, and the quality is always inconsistent. Sometimes you’re fine, and sometimes you get food poisoning. I was lucky enough not to contract any worms that may have been in the sashimi or nigiri, because as I heard from a former employee, they do not properly store their fish (meaning at the right temperatures or in appropriate containers). After knowing this, I completely gave up on this establishment, and have warned all of my friends, family and other acquaintances never to eat here again.
